All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number. They may only be redeemed once, and they may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost. They are non-transferable.

The voucher can only be redeemed once for the full value. Please refer to the terms & conditions.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
